Make this Tonight - "Hot Fried Chicken Sando on A Furikake Bun"

Prep Time


  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayo
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


  1. Mix cabbage, carrots, and onion in a large mixing bowl.
  2. To make the dressing: Whisk together ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth and incorporated.
  3. Pour dressing over slaw mix and toss thoroughly.
  4. Can be made in advance, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
