Pineapple Michelada

Make this Tonight - "Father’s Day Flank Steak with Mexican Corn"

Prep Time


  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 3 ounces spiced tomato/clam juice
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops hot sauce
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) chilled Mexican-style beer
  • Sliced pineapple for garnish

  1. In a small bowl, combine salt and chili powder.
  2. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a large beer glass and dip into spiced salt.
  3. Fill the glass with the ice.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, mix spiced tomato/clam juice, pineapple juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  5. Pour into a beer glass.
  6. Fill the glass with chilled beer and garnish with skewered fresh lime wedges and pineapple.
  7. Stir and serve immediately.
