- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz meyer lemon juice (or half lemon juice, half tangerine juice)
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- club soda
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously; about 30 seconds. This helps the egg white to whip up.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again.
- Pour the cocktail through a small fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass.
- Top with club soda and serve.
