Whipped Feta

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium clove garlic, rough chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil + extra for garnish
  • Smoked paprika, to taste for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped for garnish

Lemony Greek Potatoes

  • 12 - 14 fingerling potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried Greek oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juice


Whipped Feta

  1. Place feta cheese, sour cream, garlic and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil into a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Season with black pepper.
  3. Garnish with chopped chives, smoked paprika, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Lemony Greek Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and place in a large bowl.
  3. Season with olive oil, Greek oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place on a baking sheet, cut side down, and bake at 425˚F for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven, flip and sprinkle with juice of half a lemon.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with Whipped Feta on the side.
