Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup pico de gallo, recipe above or store-bought
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- Kosher salt, to taste
Steps
- In a sauté pan, heat up pico de gallo, as the aroma arises and onions look translucent (1-2 minutes), add in black beans, and heat together (2-3 minutes).
- Add cumin and salt to taste.
- Serve warm.
