Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup pico de gallo, recipe above or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Steps

  1. In a sauté pan, heat up pico de gallo, as the aroma arises and onions look translucent (1-2 minutes), add in black beans, and heat together (2-3 minutes).
  2. Add cumin and salt to taste.
  3. Serve warm.
