- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup full fat greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 3 garlic cloves, microplaned
- 2 shallots, peeled and minced very small
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- ¼ cup dill, picked and chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
- In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust with more salt, pepper or lemon juice as desired.
