- 2 avocados, pitted and mashed
- ¼ cup (60g) very finely diced red onion
- ½ jalapeno, seeded and very finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons (20g) chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon (5g) kosher salt
- In a medium bowl, stir together ingredients. If making ahead, squeeze extra lime juice on surface and cover directly with plastic wrap. Use same day. Stir together when ready to eat.
