Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, pitted and mashed
  • ¼ cup (60g) very finely diced red onion
  • ½ jalapeno, seeded and very finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons (20g) chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) kosher salt

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together ingredients. If making ahead, squeeze extra lime juice on surface and cover directly with plastic wrap. Use same day. Stir together when ready to eat.
