
Spicy Avocado Salsa with Matoke Crisps

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- Matoke crisps
- 1 tomato deseeded and chopped
- Half an onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Half juiced lime / lemon
- Splash of Olive Oil
- Half teaspoon of Salt
- Half teaspoon of Pepper
- Half teaspoon of Ugandan Masala
- Ugandan Masala peanuts (or any glazed peanut)
- Fresh Parsley
Steps
- Scoop the avocado into a bowl
- Add the onion, tomato, garlic, lime, olive oil, salt and masala to the avocado
- Mix them all together until smooth
- Pipe or spoon the avocado onto small serving dishes
- Garnish with chopped tomato, matoke (banana) crisps, parsley, glazed peanuts
