  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Apple slices
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 pint dark beer (stout)


  1. Season the ribs with salt and black pepper
  2. Place skin side into a saucepan
  3. Place apple slices onto the ribs
  4. Add the bay leaves
  5. Add the stout into the saucepan
  6. Put onto the stove / fire to cook for 30 to 40minutes or till tender
  7. Place the ribs on a baking tray and paint with piripiri sauce
