  • 6 Tilapia fillets
  • 4 sweet potatoes sliced into chips
  • 3,5 pounds of butter
  • Lemon
  • Shitto
  • Seeds of 1 pomegranates
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 stalk of dill roughly chopped


  1. Soak sweet potato chips in saltwater
  2. Place onto a pan lined with foil, add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Drizzle olive oil onto chips to avoid sticking
  4. Place the fillets on a baking tray lined with foil, add salt and pepper
  5. Cut butter and put over each fillet
  6. Squeeze of lemon over each fillet
  7. Mix together pomegranates, bell peppers, dill, salt and olive oil
