Ingredients

  • Half cup ground bean flour
  • 2 table spoons spicy tomato stew
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Flat leaf parsley to garnish
  • Boiled eggs
  • Caviar

Steps

  1. Mix together until it becomes a slurry
  2. Pour slurry into ramekins
  3. Place ramekins in pot of water and steam until firm
  4. Remove moimoi from ramekin, garnish with parsley, boiled egg, caviar
