Ingredients
- Half cup ground bean flour
- 2 table spoons spicy tomato stew
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup water
- Flat leaf parsley to garnish
- Boiled eggs
- Caviar
Steps
- Mix together until it becomes a slurry
- Pour slurry into ramekins
- Place ramekins in pot of water and steam until firm
- Remove moimoi from ramekin, garnish with parsley, boiled egg, caviar
