Asking your ex to help you move into a new place may seem crazy for most people, but for Dion this is just another day. After moving only a couple pieces, tension starts to build. Will moving bring these exes back together or tear them apart?

- [Dion] Who wants to sit in a closet? - [Ashley] Hey, you ready? - [Matt] What's on the other side? Matt, no! Gimme some of that, gimme some of that. What's up, my name is Dion, and today is my move-in day. I just graduated from grad school, and now I'm moving to LA so I can get my business going out here. Ashley, a good friend of mine, is coming to help me out today. Hi, I'm Ashley. Dion and I have a lot of history. We kind of help each other do any and everything. Let's see the place. Ashley has been helping me since I was 18-years-old with moving into different apartments. I'm not sure if she was the right choice to pick for moving this big furniture, but there's a reason behind it. Ashley is my ex-girlfriend and I've still got feelings for her. Looks pretty nice. - [Ashley] Yeah, cool. Dion doesn't have a huge support system here in LA so I'm assuming that's why he asked me to help. So, let me forewarn you, it's a little smaller than I thought. I'm hoping that having Ashley come over might just, you know, spark up something. This is it , this is my new home. The problem for this apartment is space. Where's the bedroom? This is the bedroom. A king-sized bed, where? It's gonna probably have to go around this vicinity, probably put my TV up there but you know I gotta set up my office too. Well, we need to worry about the furniture you got already. Yeah. We should start getting that in. So what are we gonna grab first? I'm looking at everything in this truck, and it is big. How is all of this stuff gonna fit in this little apartment, Dion? - [Dion] I don't know, this is already hard trying to get it off the truck. Oh my gosh. I have all this big furniture to move in, and she's tiny. - [Ashley] Wait, I don't know how to grab this. Ooh, okay, get it under it. No, put one hand right here. No, I don't have enough strength like that. I am struggling with the couch. This couch is so big and I'm so tiny. Am I turning? - [Dion] Yeah, come on, bring it. - [Ashley] Hold on. Ashley has been with me through everything, and I honestly can't imagine doing this with anyone else. There you go. - [Ashley] Yes, we in it, we in it! Look, this takes up the bedroom and living room. There is no way that we are gonna fit all of this furniture into this small apartment. Where is everything about to go? We're about to bring the big bed in here. I know. 'Cause I don't wanna bring that all the way up here if it doesn't fit, Dion. I'm starting to feel bad that I even asked her to do this. The bed is only probably about two inches past my hands. Oh, here you go. So, let me see, no, that'd be straight. Man measurement is when you utilize your body as a measuring tool to get the accuracy of the proper fitting of furniture. If we are gonna trust your man measurements, and I'm gonna go back down there and break my back and help you bring this bed up and it doesn't fit. Relax. - [Ashley] We gonna go get this furniture. There it go, come on, we almost there. Even with these dressers I think we still should be cool. 'Cause my body is kind of... I'm telling you, man measurement, it works. [Ashley Voiceover] I don't even think it's worth bringing the bed up. We're already struggling. My legs hurt. Your legs? - [Dion] Okay. Dion. Here, we're trying to get that side between the dressers. Okay. That's how this is gonna work. There it go, okay. And it does not fit, like I said. No, hold on. Dion is crazy. This bed is not fitting in here. He's better off sleeping on the couch. You gotta bend it a little bit. You get what I'm saying? No, I don't get it. Watch out, watch it, just hold on. Okay, there it go. Look, Ashley, it don't look bad. No Dion, it's not gonna fit. It's not gonna fit. You still gotta put the headboard in! It's nothing wrong with a little bit of the bed kind of folded up. It doesn't fit. I'm not helping you bring it back outside. Look at this, this is... I told you it wasn't gonna work. I think I need to just go out there and apologize to her. Ash, it's my bad. I thought, like, everything was gonna kind of work out. I will, you know, accept it today and stuff that like, I was a little too optimistic, but you coming out here today and helping me is like, you know, us again, how we used to and stuff. This reminds me of our first apartment we moved into. That's what I'm saying so, like, this is kind of taking me back a little bit, that's why, like, I'm glad you came over here to help me out. I'm hoping that you'll have the time tonight, we can go out, show you on the town, kinda make a nice first night out in LA and stuff, and I would love to spend it with you. I'm down. Cool, so you accept my apology? You know, I accept your apology. Gimme some of that, gimme some of that. Pretty excited right now. It's gonna be cool, we're gonna go out and kinda see where it go from there. So, can you finish helping me moving the rest of this stuff in, though? I'm just saying. Yeah, it ain't gonna fit, but okay. - [Dion] Let's make it work then. D's my best friend and, regardless of our status, I'm always down to help him out. Ashley was right. All the stuff didn't fit but I made it work. And I'm so excited to be in my first LA apartment.
