How to make a Red Velvet Cake in a mug!
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon liquid red food coloring
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon self rising flour
1/4 teaspoon vinegar
Pinch of kosher salt
Melt the butter in the mug.
Stir in food coloring, milk, sour cream, egg and sugar until well combined. Add flour and stir again, stir in vinegar. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Top with cream cheese frosting, red sprinkles and chocolate heart.
