How to make White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cake in a mug!
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 tablespoons raspberry jam
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Garnish: Powdered sugar and Raspberries
Whisk all ingredients except jam and chips.
Fold chips into batter and swirl in the jam. microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
Top with fresh raspberries.
