Laucha and the guys arrive at the famous Nant & Fall Waterfalls to take in its beauty, make a great barbecue, and teach us how to make a roasted boneless chicken sandwich.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich


  • Olive oil

  • Tomato

  • Garlic

  • Purple Onion

  • Honey

  • Mustard

  • Egg

  • Smoked bacon

  • Bread

  • Smoked cheese

  • Lemon

  • Salt and pepper

  • Ground Aji

  • Sugar

  • Chicken


  1. Degrease the chicken.

  2. Let the chicken marinate for a while in lemon, salt, pepper and ground pepper.

  3. Cook the onion with a little oil and sugar.

  4. Cook the tomatoes with garlic oil.

  5. Bake the bacon.

  6. Make the mixture of mustard and honey.

  7. After draining,cook the chicken on the grill 20 minutes per side.

  8. At the same time heat the bread with smoked cheese over and cook the fried egg.

The ground was pretty wet, and that made it really difficult to start the fire. But we would accomplish our mission and even drink some beers. Now, let's check together the ingredients for this recipe. Today, I'm going to prepare an exquisite chicken grilled sandwich, perfect to enjoy our day at the falls. The first step is to take off the bones and the fat of the chicken. We will start with a little incision between the chicken breasts. Next step, I will break the joint of the wing and remove the first bone. Then we have to separate the rest of the bones from the wing and the case, scraping carefully to avoid losing a lot of meat. I recommend you have a really sharp knife to make the job easier. Now let's continue with the chicken legs and thigh. As we did with the breasts, we have to cut on top of the bone, and then scrape to the bone and complete. Now that we have the chicken with no bones, we're gonna marinate it in a mixture of lemon, salt, and pepper, and hot chili for at least half an hour. Meanwhile, we're going to prepare the rest of the ingredients for this sandwich. We will cook the smoked bacon until it's golden brown. Three minutes per side. With some olive oil and sugar, we will caramelize the purple onion. Seven minutes should do it. The tomatoes cook really fast. We'll add some salt and garlic oil we prepared yesterday. In two minutes, they should be done. Finally our sauce, the same amount of mustard and honey. Delicious. We have nearly all the ingredients for a sandwich ready. Now we have to cook the chicken. 15 minutes per side at strong fire. Every perfect sandwich has fried eggs, and this time we will add two of them. We will open the bread and brown it on both sides and add some Sirela cheese until gratin. Almost done. We only need to turn the chicken to brown the fat and squeeze some lemon juice, done. Look at this. Now we have everything ready to start to prepare our sandwich. Over the bread, with the gratin cheese, we'll add some slices of this delicious smoked chicken. On top, we'll put the beautiful bacon. Then the caramelized purple onions, our two golden fried eggs, some tomato, and to close it, the other bread with quite a lot of our honey mustard sauce.
