- In today's episode, we're continue touring the city and we will meet the chef, Facundo Ceriani to prepare a special dish. On my way to encounter Facundo, I made a quick visit to the beach. The weather was not friendly enough, but just breathing the fresh air of the sea was all I needed. The meeting point was Mercado , historic place that today is inside a shopping mall. This is the market that many choose. They are creative, talented and they have access to the best ingredients and seasonal products. No wonder why gastronomy here is so successful. And with the best product, we walk and enjoy San Sebastián streets, until we arrive to my favorite restaurant, where I will learn to prepare . - Argh!
