- When I was told that we could visit a goat cheese factory at Granada, the first thing that came to my mind was, this will feel like the little girl from the Alps, when she visited her grandfather. - Wooh! After enjoying a truly organic salad, we went to the Martes Avila Family County, El Palo, producers of the world's best olive oil. Four generations dedicated to olive culture, with attention to every detail during harvest, which is why their products are worth every price. If you appreciate good olive oil, this is episode is like an un-missable master class. I already have my gazpacho. See you in the next episode.
