- 1.1 pound sour cassava starch
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 egg
- In a saucepan, boil 1 cup of water.
- Add starch and mix with the help of a spoon. Season with salt and let it cool.
- Knead the dough and add the oil gradually. Then, add the egg and the remaining water.
- Knead well until you get a smooth dough and transfer to a pastry sleeve.
