Maple and Sriracha Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

Donuts Balls

  • 1 can pre-made regular biscuit dough
  • Oil, for frying


Maple and Sriracha Glaze

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, maple syrup and Sriracha until it forms a smooth glaze.

Donuts Balls

  1. In a deep-sided pot over medium heat, preheat oil to 350 degrees.
  2. Separate the biscuits and cut into quarters. Roll each quarter into a little ball.
  3. Fry balls until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes, in small batches. Use tongs to make sure they fry evenly.
  4. Transfer donut balls to a cooling rack.
  5. While the donuts are warm, pour the glaze over top.
