Ingredients

  • 7 ounces starch syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Strawberries, stems removed

Steps

  1. Thread the strawberries on a skewer.
  2. In a sauce pot, add the starch syrup, water and strawberry syrup. Heat until mixture reaches 260 degrees. Pour over the strawberries.
  3. Place on a baking sheet, and let cool for 5 minutes.
