Pumpkin Spice Truffles

Sugar Fix - "Tricks & Treats"


  • 120 grams Rich tea biscuits
  • 40 grams Cream cheese
  • 50 grams Pumpkin puree
  • 10 grams Icing sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • To decorate:
  • 150 grams White chocolate, melted
  • 2x Rich tea biscuits
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg


  1. Place biscuits into a food processor and blitz until you have fine biscuit crumbs.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and combined. Mixture is done when it forms a ball.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll in the palm of your hands to form a neat ball. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Place in fridge to set.
  5. For the garnish place biscuits, cinnamon and nutmeg into a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Shake crumbs to evenly combine.
  6. Cover each truffle in melted chocolate and sprinkle over garnish.
  7. Leave to set and enjoy :D
