Peanut Punch

Peanuts, milk, sugar ... what's not to like? This refreshing drink from Trinidad (and all over the Caribbean) is easy to make, and tastes great. And yes, adding bitters is essential.

  • 6 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • Angostura bitters
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  3. Add cold water
  4. Add cold milk
  5. Blend on high for about 60 seconds
  6. Strain (either with cheesecloth or a chinois) into a pitcher
  7. Add Condensed Milk, Vanilla, and angostura bitters
  8. Serve immediately in a cold glass
