1/4 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
1-2 slices of banana, cut into 8 wedges
1/4 teaspoon bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla ice cream
Melt butter and sugar in saute pan. Add banana and stir. Cook 1-2 minutes.
Pour in bourbon and, using a stick lighter, flambé the bourbon. Allow to cook until flame goes out.
Serve with ice cream
