Tiny Banana Foster

When you flambé this sweet treat, watch out for your fingers!


  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1-2 slices of banana, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1/4 teaspoon bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla ice cream


  1. Melt butter and sugar in saute pan. Add banana and stir. Cook 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour in bourbon and, using a stick lighter, flambé the bourbon. Allow to cook until flame goes out.
  3. Serve with ice cream
