1 inch piece chicken breast
2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Dredge chicken in flour. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in frying pan. Cook chicken 1 minute per side. Transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, heat remaining butter and add lemon juice and capers. cook for 1-2 minute. Pour sauce over chicken and enjoy!
