Tiny Chicken Piccata

Who knew a classic Italian chicken dish could look so cute?

Ingredients

  • 1 inch piece chicken breast
  • 3-4 capers
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Steps

  1. Dredge chicken in flour.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in frying pan.
  3. Cook chicken 1 minute per side. Transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same pan, heat remaining butter and add lemon juice and capers. cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and enjoy!
