Ham & Cheese Hot Pocket

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-inch) pieces pie dough or tube pizza dough

  • 1/2 inch piece ham

  • 1/2 inch piece Swiss cheese

  • Egg wash

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Roll out dough and cut into a circle.

  2. Place ham and Swiss on top on one side, fold over the top to make a half circle and crimp the edges.

  3. Brush with egg wash and bake at 375 degrees for 4 minutes.

  4. Mix honey and mustard and serve with hot pocket.
