- 2 teaspoons cooking oil, divided
- 1 quail egg
- 2 tiny strips bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon onion, diced
- 1 tiny potato, diced
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg. Set aside.
- Fry the bacon strips in the same pan until crispy.
- Add more oil to the pan and add the onion and potato. Season with salt and pepper and fry the veggies until cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate and serve alongside bacon, eggs and tiny French toast.
