Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1 tiny onion
- 1 tablespoon ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- Salt and pepper
- 2 pieces rye bread
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
Steps
- Cook onions in butter until caramelized; remove from pan.
- Mix ground beef, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Form into a patty and cook in a skillet until done.
- To assemble, place burger on a piece of bread, top with cheese and onions and another slice of bread. Cook in the skillet until toasted on both sides.
