- 1-inch piece of brisket
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2-inch piece bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon beans
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- Sprinkle brisket with salt and pepper. Add to smoker and smoke for several hours.
- Prepare the beans. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon until crisp.
- Add beans to the pan with brown sugar and paprika. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve brisket with baked beans and slaw.
