Tiny Sweet and Sour Chicken

If you have leftovers of this classic Chinese dish, pack it all up in a little take-out container.

Ingredients

  • 4 (1/4-inch) pieces of chicken
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Oil for frying
  • Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon white rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/3 teaspoon sweet chili sauce

Steps

  1. Coat chicken in cornstarch and fry in oil.
  2. Mix all sauce ingredients.
  3. Toss fried chicken in sauce. Serve with rice.
