Tiny Banana Cream Pie

No 'nana pie is complete with a little dollop of whipped cream on top!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla wafer, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon plain gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1 quail egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon mil
  • 4 tiny slices banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon whipped cream

Steps

  1. Mix crushed cookies and butter and press down in pan to form the crust.
  2. In a saucepan, mix gelatin and water and set aside.
  3. Add sugar and flour to a saucepan. In a bowl, whisk egg and milk and add to saucepan. Simmer until thickened. Stir in vanilla and gelatin. Pour cream mixture into crust, and chill until set. Place bananas over set pie. Serve topped with whipped cream.
