Tiny Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

Get your morning started with some not-quite-so-hardy tiny biscuits and sausage gravy.

Sausage Biscuits and Gravy


  • Biscuits:
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • Gravy:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled sausage
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk


  • In a tiny bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter and milk. Form into 2 tiny biscuits and bake at 375 degrees for 4 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, add butter and sausage and cook until sausage is cooked through. Stir in flour and milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Serve on top of sliced biscuits.
