Tiny Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3/4-inch circles of English muffin
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 a quail egg, whisked
  • 1/2-inch piece of cheese
  • 1/2-inch circle of Canadian bacon
  • 3, 1/2-inch slices of avocado

Steps

  • Toast English muffin for 2 minutes.
  • Heat a small pan and add butter.
  • Add whisked egg and cook, stirring occasionally.
  • Assemble sandwich: add egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon to bottom half of English muffin. Top with avocado and other piece of English muffin.
