Tiny Breakfast Sandwich

Breakfast sandwiches are beautifully delicious in any size.


  • 3/4-inch circles of English muffin
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 a quail egg, whisked
  • 1/2-inch piece of cheese
  • 1/2-inch circle of Canadian bacon
  • 3 x 1/2-inch slices of avocado


  1. Toast English muffin for 2 minutes.
  2. Heat a small pan and add butter.
  3. Add whisked egg and cook, stirring occasionally.
  4. Assemble sandwich by adding egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon to bottom half of English muffin. Top with avocado and other piece of English muffin.
