A rich chocolate cake topped with creamy ice cream and sprinkles, all at your finger tips.
1/2 teaspoon flour
1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon water
5 mini chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon egg, beaten
Vanilla ice cream
In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Cool slightly and mix in egg.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, and pour into baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
To assemble sundae, place a scoop of ice cream on a brownie, and top with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles.
