Tiny Brownie Sundae

A rich chocolate cake topped with creamy ice cream and sprinkles, all at your finger tips.


  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 5 mini chocolate chips
  • Dash vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon egg, beaten
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Sprinkles


  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Cool slightly and mix in egg.
  2. Combine dry and wet ingredients, and pour into baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  3. To assemble sundae, place a scoop of ice cream on a brownie, and top with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles.
