Tiny Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Pinch salt

  • 1 teaspoon flour

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter, melted

  • Filling:

  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Cake:

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter, melted

  • Pinch salt

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/4 teaspoon sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon milk

  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine filling ingredients.

  2. Prepare the cake: Combine flour, butter, salt, sugars, baking powder and vanilla. Stir to combine, then mix in sour cream and milk.

  3. Pour half of the batter into a pan and top with filling mixture. Add the rest of the batter then sprinkle with the topping ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
