When you have a small craving for something fried, tiny crispy pickles are just the thing.
Tiny Fried Pickles
- 1 cornichon
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Slice cornichon and dredge in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Heat oil and fry for 3-5 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.
