Funnel Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons whisked egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar

Steps

  • Mix milk, sugar, egg, baking powder and flour and knead into a dough. Place in a small Ziploc bag.
  • Heat oil, cut off tip of bag and squeeze dough into the hot oil in a circular motion. Fry until golden.
  • To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
