Tiny Ghost Meringue

Ingredients

  • 1 quail egg white
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Black nonpareil sprinkles

Steps

  • Whip egg white until light and fluffy. Add sugar and cream of tartar. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  • Add meringue to piping bag and pipe little ghost-shaped dollops.
  • Using tweezers, place the sprinkles as eyes.
