The perfect combo for when you're feeling just a bit chilly.
Tiny Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon thyme
3 tablespoons pureed tomato
2 teaspoons cream
2 tiny pieces bread
2 1/2 squares American cheese
Sauté onion and thyme. Stir in tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Finish with cream. Add butter to skillet. Sandwich cheese between two pieces of bread and grill on both sides until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
