Who knew dumplings could look so darling?
- 2 teaspoons ground pork
- 1 teaspoon shredded cabbage
- 1 cilantro leaf
- 1 wonton wrapper, cut into 1/2-inch squares
- Mix pork, cabbage, and cilantro.
- Put 1/16 of a teaspoon of mixture into center of wonton square. Paint the sides with water and fold over the wonton. Pinch the edges to secure.
- Fry in oil for 2 minutes per side. Add 1/2 teaspoon water to steam and finish cooking.
