Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon shredded cabbage
  • 1 cilantro leaf
  • 1 wonton wrapper, cut into 1/2-inch squares

Steps

  • Mix pork, cabbage, and cilantro.
  • Put 1/16 of a teaspoon of mixture into center of wonton square. Paint the sides with water and fold over the wonton. Pinch the edges to secure.
  • Fry in oil for 2 minutes per side. Add 1/2 teaspoon water to steam and finish cooking.
