Tiny Jalapeño Poppers

This stuffed snack is for when you need just a little spice in your life.


  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 mini Thai chilies
  • 3 pieces cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 quail egg for egg wash
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs


  1. Heat oil in a pot. Cut a slice in the side of the chili and de-seed. Fill with cheese.
  2. Coat the pepper in flour, then egg wash, and then breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
