Tiny Jalapeño Poppers


  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 mini Thai chilies
  • 3 pieces cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 quail egg for egg wash
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs


  • Heat oil in a pot. Cut a slice in the side of the chili and de-seed. Fill with cheese.
  • Coat the pepper in flour, then egg wash, and then breadcrumbs.
  • Fry for 3-4 minutes.
