Tiny Key Lime Pie

The key to a delicious, citrusy pie is to use the smallest of limes.


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 key limes, juiced and zested
  • Whipped cream


  1. Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press into pan.
  2. Whisk condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice and zest and pour into crust.
  3. Chill. Top with whipped cream and lime zest to serve.
