Tiny Kitchen Empanadas

Deliciousness in one warm, crispy, tiny pocket.


  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped pepper
  • 2 teaspoon ground beef
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • Pre-made pie dough
  • Salt
  • Oil, for frying


  1. In a skillet, heat oil; add onion, pepper and ground beef. Cook for one minute, then add spices and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Roll out pie dough and cut out a one-inch circle. Place 1/2 teaspoon of mixture into the center of the circle, then fold over and crimp the edges.
  3. Heat oil in pot and fry empanada until golden brown.
