Tiny Salad With Chicken

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 ounce chicken breast strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon microgreens
  • 1/2 teaspoon shredded carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon sliced radish
  • 1/2 teaspoon sliced avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon tiny croutons

Dressing

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon
  • 1/8 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon Dijon

Steps

Tiny Salad With Chicken

  1. Heat the oil in a saute pan and add the chicken. Cook until golden brown.
  2. Add the salad greens, carrots, radish and avocado to a bowl. Top with the chicken and croutons.

Dressing

  1. Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
