Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon tiny halibut pieces
  • 1/2 tiny onion, minced
  • 1/4 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped avocado
  • 3 tiny pieces sliced radish
  • 2 tiny tortilla rounds
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Cilantro, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, stir together onion, jalapeño, cilantro, fish and lime juice. Place in the refrigerator and let sit for 4 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot and fry tortillas until crisp. Place some of the ceviche on each tortilla and top with avocado, cilantro and radish.
