Ingredients

Tiny Grilled Shrimp Skewers

  • 3 tiny shrimp
  • 3 tiny pieces red pepper
  • 3 tiny pieces red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Pasta Salad

  • 1 tablespoon elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tiny lemon wedge
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 cherry tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cooked peas

Steps

Tiny Grilled Shrimp Skewers

  1. On skewers, add shrimp, red pepper and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook over an open flame until cooked through. Serve with pasta salad.

Pasta Salad

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until done.
  2. In a small bowl, combine parsley, dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice and olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes and peas.
  3. Cut pasta into thirds and add to bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
