Ingredients

Larb

  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tiny onion, sliced
  • 1 tiny piece lemongrass, minced
  • 1/4 Thai chili, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground turkey

Sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

serve

  • Small lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 Thai chili, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced mint leaves

Steps

Larb

  1. Heat a saute pan and add the oil. Saute the onion, lemongrass and chili for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the ground turkey, salt and pepper to pan and cook until browned. Stir in sauce.
  3. Serve turkey inside lettuce leaves topped with chilies and mint.

Sauce

  1. Whisk all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
